Val
Val studied at the University of Oxford and currently runs the Singapore Chapter for Oxford University alumni. She previously served as Head of HR for Europe at Rocket Internet (ETR: RKET; ~€4bn), reporting directly to the CEO and supporting rapid scale-up from 700 to 3,500 employees in under two years. At Anheuser-Busch InBev, she covered 12 countries and 5,000 employees. She is very familiar with working throughout Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the United States.

Ben
Ben combines analytical rigor with a strong understanding of business dynamics and stakeholder alignment, connecting investment strategy with execution and value creation. He brings a pragmatic and commercially driven perspective, with a clear focus on performance and scalable outcomes. Drawing on experience from advising over 300 MNCs and SMEs globally, he is actively involved across the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and evaluation through due diligence and structuring to value creation and disciplined exit execution.

Evan
Evan has extensive experience in financial services and held senior roles in several multinational corporations and state-owned enterprises. These include Prudential, UBS Bank, DBS, Goldman Sachs and Mandiri Investment.
He has developed a strong expertise in American, European, and Asian financial institutions and regulatory markets - and has a good understanding of the corporate culture, tax and compliance matters, as well as cross-border issues that are prevalent in these regions.
Michael

Michael is based in Jakarta and brings over a decade of experience across commodities, logistics, and infrastructure, with established relationships across local governments, conglomerates, and independent business owners. He has been closely involved in building and operating ventures across different industries. This has shaped his understanding of market dynamics, as well as a pragmatic approach to risk and execution. He is combining practical execution with a forward-looking mindset.
